Toronto - We will visit a few lesser known bars with killer cocktails and try a few new drinks. The night will start at a hole-in-the-wall type local bar with a very cool atmosphere and list of drinks. From there we will head, by walking or Uber, to a quiet Absinthe bar serving Absinthe in the traditional style. On the night, if you are interested in a certain type of place I can curate the experience as we go to make sure everyone is having the best time possible. As we walk through downtown Toronto you will get to see the best of the city's vibrant nightlife. As the night goes on we will go to one of my favourite bars with Kanye West themed cocktails and indoor bocce ball and shuffleboard. If we're lucky there will be a chance to dance here. Finally, there's nothing better than late-night food in Toronto and the choices are endless. My personal recommendations are Dim Sum at one of the best locations or, of course, poutine.

Once you're comfortable with the basics, you'll climb up to the 30 ft platform and take the leap! You'll have several turns to practice the trick, to improve your timing and technique. Once your technique is safe, we'll have you attempt a catch, which is the most exhilarating part. Toronto - This experience is a photographer's walking tour of the Toronto Distillery District. This historic landmark boasts some of the most photographed locations in Toronto. The distillery district was a real "Distillery" and commercial hub starting in 1832. The location now is a pedestrian-friendly collection of perfectly preserved buildings with cobblestone walkways and old relics, making for great imaging. As a popular tourist spot, photographing people amongst the buildings, shops, and restaurants add additional opportunities for great imaging. The tour will begin at the Western entrance (entrance is free) of the district and wind our way eastward through the buildings, streets, shops, and great places to get great images. The district is now a thriving location for shopping and cuisine giving visitors an unmatched opportunity to photograph Toronto, its history, and visit an important Canadian landmark. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop and eat before and after the tour. My philosophy to encourage creativity is to take visitors to the opportunities, point out some of the possibilities, and allow the photographer sufficient space to develop a creative environment.

Vancouver - Ever go on a trip & end up with a collection of hit and miss pictures or none with you in them that you want to keep, frame or post online? Vancouver - Meet near Vancouver's most famous foodie hub, Granville Island (I live right across the street). It's about more than the Public Market: I'll give you an insider look behind the scenes at a top craft distillery on the island (one of B.C.'s first), and guide you through a tasting of what's made there (including gin, white whisky, whisky and liqueurs). Then we'll hop onto one of Vancouver's charming water taxis to visit the trendy Yaletown neighbourhood, where old warehouses and factories house indie shops and hip lofts—plus a cool brewery-distillery. We'll taste their spirits, then hop back on the water taxi to flex our new pro-level spirits knowledge to visit our final destination: depending on the way, we'll either taste a range of award-winning made-in-B.C. small-batch spirits (cucumber gin, lemongrass vodka, aquavit, amaro...) OR we'll visit a craft cocktail bar and the top private spirits boutique for BC craft bottles. You'll be snapping photos of kayakers and paddleboarders, boaters (plus ducks and geese!) as we traverse the city by water taxi. We'll nod towards what was once the world's largest cooperage (barrel manufacturing facility) as we sail by, right on Vancouver's False Creek, and talk about the spirited history of the city while we travel between distilleries.
